Kind of run down and a little creepy feeling. Request for an extra pillow ignored twice.…
Pleasant and comfortable. Good breakfast.

We booked a room with a view, but honestly the views are just a sliver of what you can see if you go outside. Save your money there. I thought the beds were firm, however another reviewer thought they were too soft. It was easy to get a rollaway bed to put in our room. It’s a pet friendly hotel and just about everyone had a dog. If you are on the bottom floor, it may seem like there’s a bowling alley upstairs - so if you are a light sleeper get a room upstairs. The hot tub was nice! My only complaint was the customer service. There were 2 or 3 young guys at various times and they weren’t very friendly. I asked one about a business center and he said what you see is what you get. I then asked about a computer and printer and he said “yeah over there”... I did use the business center and everything was in working condition, though I don’t know if it gets cleaned. I asked a different gentleman for a pen and he made zero eye contact and although he handed me a pen, he never said a word. Another person just didn’t look up or make eye contact at all. There was a young woman that was friendly, but she did seem overwhelmed at check in. Overall it was a decent stay, very close to Arches, clean, comfortable.
Wasn't as good as it looked in the pictures. Carpet and furniture looked very old and muggy. Beds were okay and bathroom was clean enough. Breakfast was decent but indoor dining made me nervous. Wish they offered a grab-n-go option.
Easy access to the National Parks and dog friendly hiking trails. Quick drive into town for coffee, meals, etc. Fenced in dog area is small but not crowded so it was enough for my dog to run & play with 1-2 other dogs. 99% of the hotel staff wore masks. 99% of guests wore masks. Hotel provides a tray to easily carry breakfast back to your room, if you desire.
I thought the bed was comfortable nice staff clean place will go back
Room smelled a bit moldy, not sure how or why but we left the window open and heater run all night. Place was clean and neat... Old school furniture
Great place to stay in Moab, very close to Arches & Canyonlands National Parks. I love that it was pet friendly as well! Very clean and Covid safe!
The best breakfast. Amazing breakfast in the middle of Covid. They go beyond efforts
The condition of the room was a bit rundown. Bed was nice however. No typical door to the bathroom but a hard to slide old door.
Aarchway is not abiding by Covid-19 protocols. We saw two different front desk employees without masks on. When I checked out, the front desk guy did not even attempt to put on a mask. They also did nothing about the many guests not wearing masks. They blatantly disregard mandatory state protocols. I was hoping for a quick, safe stay while I was traveling through, but I was sorely disappointed. If management reads this, I would be happy to describe which two of your employees are jeopardizing everyone's safety.
This place was amazing and at a great value. Room was nice and clean and had everything I needed. I enjoyed the jacuzzi after a long hike. It’s only 5 minutes from Arches National park. I really enjoyed the feee hot breakfast. Next time I’m in Moab, I will stay here.
