Frankfurt was expensive therefore we choose here!
It was ok for our needs. The room is noisy. And there is a problem with the key entrance to the hotel after 18:00 when you have to go to the other hotel BEST WESTERN in order to check in. All the rest including breakfast was very good

The hotel is very nice, spacious and comfortable. It has a little kitchenette with a fridge, hotplate, microwave, and some utensils. The bathroom is a nice size and clean. Towels and extra bedding were in an extra closet which was very useful. All in all, a great hotel. I would definitely book again!

1. Zimmer: Nicht saubergemacht! Bad verschmutzt, etc. 2. Zimmer: Licht defekt! 3. Zimmer: Duchbrause eher als 'Sprinkler' geeignet - kaltes Wasser, quer durch das Bad! Bin eine Nacht früner ausgechecked. Habe leider mein Ladekabel liegengelassen. Dies wollen sie mir noch niht einmal oer Post zuschicken, sondern ich soll dort vorbeikommen! Es ist weder Plaza, noch Suites - eine runtergeramschte Absteige, die noch nicht einmal günstig ist und dazu noch dieser lausige Service.

Zuerst keine Rezeption vorhanden mussten die Straße runter zu Best Western dann war im plaza suit kein warmes wasser vorhanden. Wir haben dann ein zimmer bekommen Richtung innenhof in dem Zimmer war es so heiß und die luft stand das wir nach der Klimaanlage gesucht haben da im Internet ja steht Ausstattung mit Klimaanlage. Natürlich gab es keine mit einem 7 monaten altes Baby der horror wir mussten in der nach 2 Uhr das Hotel komplett wechseln. Dann als wir mit dem Manager sprechen wolten telefonisch, hielt man uns ständig in der warteschleife und man stellte uns nie durch wir bekamen die Antworten von der Rezeptionistin. Daraufhin sind wir persönlich hin dann teilte msn uns mit es gäbe kein geld zurück. Dann ja es gibt prozentual etwas das muss aber alles an die Zentrale weiter geleitet werden. Wir haben uns kopien und sll deren Namen geben lassen um weiter fortfahren zu können. Bis jetzt haben wir noch keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.
