Tried to check in a little after 11pm, waited outside for almost 20 minutes calling the front desk to let us in. Everything was pretty good just a couple of issues with noise late at night but they refunded one of the nights due to that and the pans need to be replaced. Breakfast was completely useless.

Great service but very obvious stain by bed.
Hates the puke color of the walls. Made the room look dated&depressing. Beds&sheets were super soft. Kitchen area very nice and fully stocked. Generally very clean aside from a huge stain by the bed. Carl at front desk was so professional and friendly. Great service. We stay because I love that they use refillable containers in the shower as opposed to those tiny bottles of shampoo that don’t even last one wash. Literally next to mall of America. Limited breakfast during Covid but you can still pick up a warm breakfast, but you do have to ask as they gave us the cold breakfast in a bag first (juice and cereal bar). Very quiet, don’t hear any of your neighbors. We asked for a dining table and they made sure we got it and even mentioned it at check in. While I didn’t not like the decor of the room, I was so impressed by how friendly the front desk was. My husband went down to buy some soda from their little shop and front desk didn’t charge him because of the stain we saw by the bed. They also wrote us a little note of apology on check out and gave us some bottles of water.

Comfortable bed. Nice layout of the room. Pleasantly surprised by the kitchenette. Very helpful when staying several days. Loved the pool. Good covid practices. Hot breakfast sandwich was nice for the grab-and-go breakfast. Staff was very friendly/helpful. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area.

We booked the room last minute late at night for a great price. Night worker was very nice. Safety first when asking us to first confirm booking before coming in. Room is gorgeous with kitchen, desk and nice bathroom!
