Clean room, comfy bed and very friendly staff. Room and decor could do with some updating…

This place is cheap but certainly not cheerful! Bed was barely made, uncomfortable and tiny. Room was freezing cold. Staff were fine but seemed very unhappy to be there. Young woman serving breakfast was lovely though.

Room was well appointed but floor boards very squeaky. Quite a few stairs to get to room. Bathroom sink almost blocked. Staff were lovely, very helpful and pleasant. Food was very good. Cost more than superior room we stayed at in Inverness the night previous

A classic hotel (a building that is of a vintage) with modernish decor but felt a little faded around the edges. Lovely staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel is centre of town near the shopping area opposite the loch making it suitably located, and close walking distance to Fort William Train station. Parking is limited however there is a single yellow line that allows for parking from 1700-1000 hrs. The room was clean and prepared plus we had did have a view but the floors were creeky, not the most comfortable mattress a bit springy and the bathroom was ok apart from a slow shower in the bath tub so if you are looking for a powerful wake up not in our room. Breakfast was included in our stay and was good with the usual mixture of self service juices, toast and cereals. Table service set cooked breakfast. For the money was reasonable enough.

A nice centrally located hotel in Fort William. My room was more than adequate for my requirements. The parking is a little limited for the size of the hotel.

The Hotel is very central to Fort William. Just a few Minutes walk to the Bus and Train Stations. For someone who has walking difficulties, this was tremendous. We stayed B&B. The breakfast was great and set us up for the day. The staff were fantastic. Two of the rooms were called (The Imperial) and (The Master). We were given the Master bedroom. It was enormous. It had a jacuzzi bath. The furniture was a bit dated as you might expect in a large hotel, but the bed was so so comfortable. We will positively be staying here again.

I stayed here for the Commando Remembrance week end, Well first impressions looks OK Now my single room No1 with heavy net curtains you cannot see through (bunched up) curtains hard to open/close. Old double glazing with mildew water running down the inside (not healthy) TV in the room :-( very poor. STAFF at breakfast very good Staff in general not very talkative, No hello how's you stay so far do you need any info on places to go see ??

The staff were wonderful; friendly and helpful. Especially the gal at the front desk and at the restaurant. The room was about what I would expect for this price. The breakfast was great.
