Sad Experience!
Really impressed the first time we stayed there, but this time was totally different! Neither the pool or hot tub were clean (hot tub was really grungy), our room smelled like an old cigar, there were fingerprints on the desk so the room wasn’t cleaned well, and our bedspreads were too short on the bed. There was also a spot on the floor inside the door and we constantly had trouble with WiFi. Due to Covid, I brought my own Lysol spray and wipes and cleaned the room myself. My wipe was dirty. I sprayed the room several times and had to leave the window open for two days to get the cigar smell out. I asked housekeeping to come in and spray our room to get the smell out, but that didn’t help and she came in without a face mask. I had to ask her three times to please put it on. Not sure we’ll be staying there again!

Very clean property. The only thing is that it seems everything made a loud squeaking sound when opening-dishwasher, bathroom door, main door, bedroom door and we didn’t have WD-40 to fix and neither did the front desk. Sorry to any neighbors that we annoyed. Very quiet area, nothing much around to do. Would stay again
