The room was great. Everything was very clean and I thought the room was a great value. The only thing I was not satisfied with was the breakfast in the morning. It was like a fire drill and looked like they were struggling to keep up. I had to wait for them to fill up the coffee and I just gave up on eating breakfast because lines were long and people waiting for them to fill up items. Would stay again though for sure.

Roach hotel!
I’ve stayed at this location several times for business. This last trip was very disappointing and I will not be returning. I was woken up in the middle of the night by something crawling on me. I instinctively grabbed it and threw it off. When I turned on the light, I found a insect leg on the bed right next to me. Upon further search, I found the dead cockroach on the floor where I threw it. I also found another roach crawling on the wood piece where the television sits. I did not bring any food into the room so clearly the place is infested with roaches!!! I emailed the hotel manager and even sent photos. I did not get a response and it’s been a couple of weeks now.

Disappointed
Overall the stay was ok. I booked the hotel specifically to relax in the jacuzzi which was out of order. Also, l requested a room closest to the pool and received a room the FURTHEST away on the 4th floor on the opposite side.

This use to be a really nice property and unfortunately it has dropped from to a 2 . Carpet was smelly, customer service was unacceptable. I requested my room to be changed to upper level and from 1 bed to 2 and was told because service was purchased through Expedia they could not make any changes to my room request. It has become more of a hotel for local weekend lovers.
