Helpful Receptionist
The first room that we were given was tired and a bit tatty to be honest. The bannister for the mezzanine was loose and so the gate didn't secure, blackout curtain not hung properly, bathroom door didn't close etc. The 2 adjacent rooms had dogs (3 in total) which had been left unattended by their owners and were barking constantly for over 30 minutes. I went to reception to ask them to either speak to the dogs absent owners or move us. The receptionist tried to contact the owners and was very helpful and did indeed move us to another room. This room was actually in much better condition although it did smell of smoke. However, with the window open and after we had all taken showers this was not apparent. All in all we were very pleased.

Great Location to Villers Brettoneux
We had a pleasant stay here. The staff were great & the breakfast was basic but good. Walking to supermarket & driving distance to a shopping mall. Great to do all the war memorials in Villers Brettoneux from here

Room was tiny, smelled of smoke and feet, crumbs on ‘clean’ bed. No receptionist to speak to. Very loud as doors open to street and parking lot. Woke to leaking toilet and inch of water on bathroom floor.

Bruit autoroute et des vehicules toute la nuit. Aucune insonorisation pas de double vitrage. Impossible de dormir toute la nuit. chambre froide Avec un radiateur electrique d appoint . Poussière un peu partout. Plus rien au petit dejeuner à 9h du matin (plus aucune viennoiserie) Tres déçue par l ensemble des prestations eg prix onereux qui ne correspond pas à l offre.
