    Our stay at Four Points was wonderful. We even got an upgrade to the lagoon view room. All the staffs are really friendly and wonderful. All of them, yes all, will never fail to smile and greet you. Just one thing that i noticed during breakfast service, the staffs are more inclined to paying more attention to the caucasian guests than the Asian guests. No big deal for me. Just a comment. Overall, will definitely be back and recommend Four Points to others.

    It was a wonderful stay for us at the Four Points by Sheraton Bali. We enjoyed our stay very much. We went there to celebrate my husband's birthday and we got complementary room decoration and cake for him which was amazing. Thanks to the staff there, they were always smiling and always ready to help whatever you need at any time. I will definitely come back again to stay here

    My overall experience is very pleasant. The hotel is the heart of the city with many street shopping and food options around. The staff is friendly and understanding. Hotel is 10-15mins walk from beach. Breakfast and food options are excellent. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I was travelling with my daughter, and she likes the pool and kids area. If given a option will stay there again.
