Hotel very clean. Staff was very attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Looking forward to coming back.

Muy bonito ,limpio y recomendable la verdad la habitacion que me dieron . Muy confortable con excelente cama sabanas limpias , aire acondicionado excelente , pantalla de led muy agusto. Alberca de las mejores de acapulco muy limpia .estacionamiento particular nada de que me ganaron mi lugar que tengo que llegar temprano para ganar buen luego nada de eso hasta la puerta de la habitacion casi me meto a bañar con el auto Lo recomiendo al 10000000 Gracias totales

Very nice hotel. Good location, very clean swimming pool, very nice and comfortable rooms. A very recommended place to spend your vacations in Acapulco not too far from Costera but far anough from the noise, hustle and bustle of it. Highly recomended.

Outstanding value! I stayed there a week and the total was $280. The property was recently re-done and it is beautiful. The pool is blue and clean. The pool furniture is also very nice. The beverages and snacks at the front desk are reasonably priced. The rooms are modest but very clean. All the employees wear uniforms so it is easy to tell who works there. They have parking for guests on the first floor right next to the room. The parking floor is tiled and I saw them SCRUB it! How many times do YOU scrub your own garage floor. It is almost inappropriate to have ANY complaints or suggestions. I only have two and they are from a male's perspective. Both would add income to the hotel. 1. Install an ice freezer in the front desk area. The vendor would supply the freezer and the hotel could make a profit on each bag of ice sold. The vendor would maintain the ice supply. There is a convenience store two blocks away that sell it for 31 pesos ($1.61). The hotel has an unlimited supply of styrofoam coolers so that would be included with the ice. I bought one before I found out they would let me use one of theirs. (They are from unknowing guests like me that purchased one before asking). Mark up the price of the ice to cover the electricity and profit. 2. Offer a premium coffee maker for rent. Us Americans are coffee drinkers. We like it premium and we like it hot! Or, provide coffee in the front desk area and price it to make money! Add a microwave to zap it when necessary.

I already wrote about it. The true is that its my second time there in less than a month. And I'll stay here again, its a hidden gem of a hotel. The bed are huge the air conditioner its hidden and doesn't take any space in the room, it has some big windows. The lightning is good, not like some hotel that are so dark even with the few lights on, the shower hot water and bathroom cleanliness is great. And to top it up free parking and one of the best cable tv in Mexico, very good prices and as a little extra the staff is so friendly. Now for the bad they need to put a bath mat towel on the floor of the bathroom and an ironing board and iron and hairdryer in every room. I have fall in love with this place close to everything and a few blocks away from the noise of the main Avenue the costera to be a peaceful place.

Wow. This hotel is a hidden gem. The place is beautiful the rooms are so nice and that you can go with your car right to the room or right below it is you got the second floor is so convenient. And that pool is so clean and nice. There was people at the pool all day long from morning to night. The only thing thay i didnt like was that you have to asked for the iron and the ironing board and then they come back for it. Each room should have one and a hair dryer. I love it when I go back it'll be my first choice.

Only 2 bath towels and no hand towels issued. A/C was automatically cut off after leaving the room
