Comfy stay, convenient location
My stay here was excellent! The staff was super friendly and able to answer any questions I had. The location was also very convenient; several restaurants and retailers are within walking distance.

I asked for a room with a view of the bridge, they windows were completely dirty I could barely see anything outside the window. The room was really small, it was hard to get room service to bring us towels and toilet tissue. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Overall the issues made my stay unbearable.
My stay was fine the front desk was friendly and helpful. What threw me off was the fact that I had to pay for parking in the hotel parking garage. I’ve never been to a hotel where I paid for parking in the hotel, and then a day. That’s crazy. Every time I request my car it would never be there when they say. One time I was late for a meeting because I waited 45min after I was told it would be there 20mins. This was all the time they were alway late. Then I would receive a text telling me my car was ready. Another day I called the front desk for my car as I always do, but this time I called before I was ready, because I believed I would get a text telling me it’s ready. Instead it was an hour when I went down to the front desk and ask for the car and was told it been out front. I had receive no text and the gentleman said he forgot. Considering the times we are living in now with (COVID) and people losing there job this hotel did not do a great job.

I had a good nights sleep despite the noisiest plumbing I have ever heard in a hotel! But it has a great location and everything else was quiet.

Stay At Your Own Risk!!!!
The hotel is new however there noticeable dirt throughout the 3 different rooms I was assigned to. Either the mirrors were filthy, stains on the chairs and walls and or worn down furniture. I had to change my room three times because the fridge in the room needed to defrost due to huge blocks of ice preventing it from getting cold. I expected a higher standard of quality and service than what I received.

decent stay
The hotel was nice I must say that. Very small rooms which I did not expect and a lot of young adults was here. Seems like a place for the young! I would stay again however. Room service was kinda slow but maybe that’s due to COVID-19.

Poor 2.0
I felt like I was staying at a motel .The room was not what I expected at all very motel like.Literally had to beg for towels and washcloths everyday .The elevator is horrible.Just would not be my pick again

Might stay again
My daughter and I stayed in a 1 bed room with a view. The hotel itself was very nice. It has an eatery accessible from the lobby and the food was pretty good. The room smelled like someone previously smoked in it and they can't manage to get the smell out (which I read in other reviews as well). The indoor pool wasn't open when we went because of Corona so can't comment on that or the gym. They have a little area you can buy snacks like cereal, candy, frozen stuff and microwave popcorn. There are no microwaves in the room or on the floors of hotel, just one down in the lobby. So if you buy the popcorn, make sure you pop it while you're down there. Our room had a really nice view of the bridge and we could even see the statue of liberty. It would've been nice to have a little couch in the room, there was just the bed and a chair.
Hope, us2 night family trip
