I supposed to stay in non smoking room but they give smoking room. My sleep clothes still smell. The whole way smells marijuana.

Booked this hotel because of the in and out valet parking. When we checked in they had no parking available. Not sure how they advertise parking if parking not available. Staff not at all helpful and did not care we had a problem. Room was in need of repair/update. Halls were very noisy all night and could hear everything.

We were stereotyped when we got to the hotel. They assumed that because we looked young that we were doing illegal stuff. So when everyone was checking in they gave us a hard time. It took us about an hour and thirty minutes to check in while for others it took about 15 minutes. We got evicted because of 1 noise complaint. The front desk person can up once and told us to keep it down. An hour or two later, we hear a knock at the door and it’s about 12 police officers at the door telling us “you got multiple noise complaints and unfortunately we’re going to have to evict you guys from the hotel”. First and foremost we only got told once that we were loud. We only stayed til 4am and had to find somewhere else to go. Mind you we booked the hotel for 2 days. We spent about $630 for this hotel and we got kicked out. $375 to book and $250 for the security deposit. They did NOT REFUND US OUR MONEY. They didn’t even REFUND US OUR SECURITY DEPOSIT! I don’t know if they will refund us anything but the rooms were up to par with how we found it. So do not stay here if your black, 21 and up because they will hassle you.

Was good overall. Thought it was a smoking Hotel from research on line and reviews but it’s not! 100% non-smoking fee apply if U do. Idk what people are talking about in reviews; I did not smell a sent of smoke weather it be tobacco or marijuana smoke.

Besides dog barking all night, bar overcrowded durung pandemic and a drug bust next to my room, the quality of room was horrible. There were no towels for bathroom, tiles in shower falling off, shades in room broken and furniture looking broken. The only thing that was of quality were sheets on bed. This is unacceptable for a Holiday Inn and should be corrected immediately. The person at desk was of no help as well. Will never stay at a Holiday Inn in Brooklyn again.

Front desk staff was rude. Vallet was not helpful. Hotel as a whole was extremely loud. Paid for breakfast ahead of time for two days: first day had only one option and had to pay additional for drinks but second day had multiple options and drinks were included. Overall horrible experience.

I stayed at this hotel the end of January and we found bed bugs in our room. We saved them in a cup and brought them to the front desk in the morning and they said they could not refund me directly because we booked through hotels.com, but that they would be following up via e-mail to coordinate a refund through hotels.com. They never followed up and I am not able to get a hold of anyone at Hotels.com about a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE! You will be eaten up by bed bugs and the hotel does not care!
