What a fantastic hotel. Lots of antiques and atmosphere. Wonderful friendly, helpful staff. Not your typical cookie cutter hotel, more an experience. Great restaurant with wonderful views

Understand the property is under construction and expanding. The only negative is that it continued from the time we checked in to 6pm. They did offer us an alternative location away from the noise but we opted to stay. Despite that, we think very highly of the property. There is a restaurant on property that had a great menu.

Amazing stay - wonderful staff and delicious food!
Our stay was amazing! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was beautiful. Despite there being some construction to expand the hotel, we never noticed additional noise when we went to rest in our room. I cannot say enough about the staff - they were all thoughtful and attentive, asking us if we were comfortable or if we needed anything. We got engaged on our trip and after telling the front desk, they delivered a bottle of champagne to our room. <3 We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

Cute B&B vibe
This is a great hotel for a quick stopover in Punta Arenas, it has the feel of a quirky B&B, warm and charming. Great food and service. It doesn’t have all the amenities of a large hotel like pool, gym etc but it’s very welcoming.

Charming hotel
A charming hotel with quirky local antique decor and a great restaurant. The hotel was undergoing some building work during our stay so we were offered a discounted rate to make up for the inconvenience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are cute and cosy.

Wonderful place fashioned as an old "Estancia" or ranch in Patagonia. Repurposed tools and household items give the rooms and small restaurant an authentic, yet luxious feel. Great hospitality, breakfast, views, beds, rooms and showers. We will 100% be recommending this to any friends whose travels take them to Punta Arenas.

Very good
Seems to be one of the best hotels in Punta Arenas. Lovely views over the city and the restaurant is very good. The staff were excellent and v helpful. Hotel has been nicely restored and each room is a bit different. A few minor things to consider: This hotel does not have AC (despite the Expedia page saying it did). Unfortunately it was hot when we were there (28-30 degrees C), we understand this is very rare for Punta Arenas but our room was very hot as it had the sun on it all afternoon. In addition the floor boards in the bedrooms and hallways are v squeaky and so when others are getting up (a lot of people are up around 5am for the penguin trip) it was pretty noisy. Overall we’d happily stay again and probably request a room on the top floor so as to minimize noise from others.
