Exactly what we needed
This hotel was exactly what we wanted and needed. Upon arrival we met with Daylnn and let her know we were in town for the game. She was very helpful and accommodating. Answered our questions and gave us helpful tips. Our flight was early and we were able to check in. Great first impression. It was great to see The rooms were sealed after they are cleaned and waiting for us. We got really lucky with the time of year because within walking distance was the ppg ice rink and market square holiday event. Also,in walking distance is a Primanti Bro’s sandwich shop and pointe park. We would defiantly return to this Hilton hotel.

We stayed in a corner room and it was very clean and updated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect. Walkable to Point State Park and many restaurants. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

This hotel charges a 30$ parking fee regardleas of the lengh of your stay, my husband and I were there for 8 hrs. The room was clean, but the coffee maker did not work. When we reported our disappointment at checkout we were ignored and not even given an apology. We will never stay there again.
