The building was condemned 2 months ago!!! I should have been told! I couldn't get ahold of anyone on hotels.com that night. So, I slept in my car!! I should have gotten a full refund AND a free room somewhere else. All I got was 50 bucks off my next hotels.com visit hahahahaha....worthless

Got there after midnight to find it was shut down nearly a month before we got there, had it booked for two to three months. Deemed inhabitable, but we were never notified that we needed to find another place to stay. So glad I was coming down to see friends and got to stay with them. Also glad I didn’t pay already, I was paying at arrival. But FURIOUS that no one could notify me ahead of time that it was closed down and my family and I didn’t have a place to sleep after driving ten hours to get there and arriving just after midnight.

Communication Is Key
My reservation was canceled upon arrival due to covid shutting down their back building. The hotel has not refunded me nor did they reach out beforehand to let me and my fiancé know that we didn’t have a place to stay that night.

This tell us the worst hotel I have ever been in the first room had holes punched in the wall it smells like mold Gail was electric tape holding up the lamps there was literally pee on the floor in the bathroom trash all over the floor then they took me to a different room which adjacent room toilet leak into my room every time they use their bathroom not to mention a shower League it smells like pee and it will not give you a refund it was the most terrible and horrible smelling hotels ever
