3 STAR HOTEL WITH 5 STAR PRICE
Great location and views, horrible loud noise from Darling Harbour building works next door for two more years questions one staying here irrespective. But our main gripe is utterly useless (inadequately resourced) house keeping, 5th night here over past two weeks and room cleaning never before 2.30 pm and has been past 4pm (yesterday we had to vacate to have room cleaned and then they were back 30 min later to do turn-down service and we vacated again). Can't get minibar refilled (ever) in the five nights so far. Nor just another bar of soap given using one in shower from three days ago. Certainly not 5 star is our experience and combined with next door's noise, our experience was not good and we will never return.

Convenient overnight stay
Convenient overnight accommodation if attending a show at the ICC or Aware Theatre. A bit pricey if not in conjunction with a special or deal. Now Darling Harbour is under construction shopping and dining options are very limited.
