Cheap, but that's about it

I needed a one-night stay in the Omaha metro area on a weekend where options in Omaha were high-priced, so I stayed here. Won't do it again. Corridors and elevator were dingy and felt industrial (and not in a good way). Beds were thin mattresses on top of a simple metal frame/spring. I chose the bed in my room that I felt like could hold up under a night of me tossing and turning. Front desk hours are limited, but someone did come to check me in without me needing to call. While I waited, I observed a sign about "local" guests needing to put down an additional deposit, which made me a bit concerned about the types of guests the hotel attracts (or was trying to avoid attracting).
