Night staff dont speak english a guy named luis said I didnt have a reservation as I was walking out to call expedia all over the sudden then said ok I think I have but only for 1 guest and again had to call expedia and finally looked again and found that the reservation was for 2 guests although he said I had to pay for something that I didnt really understand, later I found out that it was paid in full and still my card got charged by expedia and by them other than that everything else was excellent I highly recomend the hotel just the staffs need a bit more training
