Pleasant stay at The Beverly Hotel!
Location was great - very close to Victoria Station. Not difficult to find at all. The staff were extremely friendly and anticipated my every need. The bedroom was small, but the reviews prepared me, and that was adequate for me! The bathroom was surprisingly big, which was a plus. The bed was very comfortable, which was the most important thing and the room was quiet at night.

We'll be back to The Beverly!
The hotel is charming, and a very short walk from Victoria Station. Nearby restaurants, walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Westminister Abbey and Big Ben. We also walked to Trafalgar Square, St. Paul's Cathedral and The Tower of London from the hotel. The staff were wonderful. A shout out to Chetty, Barath and Clemelyn who welcomed us like family back to the hotel after our days exploring London. We had a pullout sofa bed in our room for our 2 adult children (18 & 21), that they found uncomfortable (bar in the back, typical of sofabeds). The main bed however was very comfortable. Breakfast could have been open a bit later - my only suggestion. Overall, we loved our stay at The Beverly.

Not Ideal
We booked a family room as there were 2 adults and 2 children. On arrival we were instructed there were no family rooms and were given one double and one twin. Rooms at the top of the building up several flights of stairs with a daughter who has cerebral palsy this was not ideal. The hotel was full and no other rooms available. The double was cramped and at the back of the building. We could hear the gentleman next door coughing, going to the bathroom and even talking. Noise carried and the bathroom door, which was a slider door, would not close and had no lock. Breakfast was continental and limited choice. Shame as staff were lovely but hotel facilities mediocre. Room cramped and stairs a problem.

Perfect for my stay with friendly service
Perfect for one night business stay near Victoria station. Great And friendly service. Basic breakfast but gets the job done. Room small like everywhere in London but fine for me. Bed comfortable. Easy and fast check in. No hassle. Would recommend.

Nice hotel!
My room was very clean with plenty of space. The staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again but would make sure I reserved one of their bigger rooms.

loved the balcony in room 113. Room was small but was to be expected considering the central location of the hotel. the balcony more than made up for it.

Nice Boutique Hotel
The hotel had a very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are small but efficient I had a few things that would make it a bit better. There should be luggage racks in each room that could be folded up if not needed it was difficult to bend over everyday to go through the luggage The water was hot and plentiful there were some nicks and dings and painting needed carpet stains but nothing that was not from constant use _but I am sure that will be done during the winter months when there clients would not be as plentiful and room turnover so tight. I would also suggest that maple syrup be available for pancakes that were served but there was no option for that. Breakfast included was very helpful and appreciated as London is expensive Overall the rooms are cheerful and clean and they give you plenty of towels you are not wanting . Breakfast staff should be a bit more friendly I understand they are doing there job but still they need to be more welcoming. It works well with proximity to Buckingham palace and it is not a far walk to the other attractions.

Highly Recommend
A very warm welcome on arrival. Employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was small though comfortable and tbh, when in London you don’t tend to spend much time in the room. There was a good selection of items for breakfast (continental). We would certainly recommend and book again when in the area.

The staff were most pleasant and very helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for the convenience of being near Victoria Station and coach park. Lots of nice restaurants in the neighborhood.
