Location, location, location!
Very nice room with huge bathroom and a terrace. No view but still nice. Location is fantastic! Staff very friendly! Public kitchen area with coffee, water, Grappa, etc. The strange stuff: Entry door from street not well marked. There are no room numbers. Found out the hard way that all rooms have the same key so no security from other guests. (Pro tip, leave the key in door turned part way while in the room. This prevents anyone from being able to use key from other side.) No TV. Nothing but sheer curtains on large bathroom window. Even with these issues I would consider staying here again.1

Perfect
Fabulous place, perfect location. Easy walking distance to central Verona. Room was light and airy. Tea and coffee facilities provided just outside the room in the lobby. Roberto provided us with a list of places to eat. We popped out to the supermarket (almost next door) for fresh baked pastries for a lazier breakfast.

I like the location of the property, within walkable distance to the popular areas eg. arena/food and pubs. There is also a few supermarkets nearby which is convenient. Roberto is very approachable and responsive on Whatsapp, but it is quite hard to communicate on phone due to language barrier, so I prefer to contact him via whatsapp. The building is not very easy to locate because there isn't any sign or eye-catching sticker on the doorbell, it took us a while to locate the property.
