entrance & foyer, also restaurant were presentable. restaurant staff were trying to please, without any support. NO hot water in bathroom, bath blocked up, toilet blocked up, tv didn't work, no wifi 2 out of 3 days. came back from lunch to find our door open, no investigation, cctv doesn't work. went to coffee shop to eat !!! something wrong with this place, maybe struggling, not many guests.

Room was smelling like mold build-up, bathroom sliding door could not be closed, toilet seat cover was detached, bathroom had soap scums are over indicating no cleaning was done, too hard pillows, refrigerator was not plugged and water noted underneath. The hallway outside our room 501 was being used to store folding beds and other furniture. I showed my fully paid reservation for four adults. Incidentally, one adult stayed behind at our originating location. The room was for three adults only. I requested breakfast for 4, was told we were entitled for 2 only, then later on, I was told it was ok for 3. Refill of breakfast buffet food was scarce.
