    Above and beyond

Another wonderful stay, this time at the Inn on Biltmore Estate. This was a getaway for myself and my fiancé for her birthday and I arranged in advance for a cake to be brought to our room her birthday morning and the cake was beyond expectations, beautiful and right on time. The surprise birthday picnic was waiting for us downstairs right on time as well. The concierge and staff helped to make it an excellent experience.

  • 6.0.Good

Nice hotel, nice people, nice property but you can get all the same benefits staying at the Village Hotel on Biltmore Estate for half the price. One exception might be if you’re okay paying super high prices for a room with a view but all we got was a parking lot view. Not worth pay double the prices at The Inn versus the Village Hotel. In addition to the high prices and parking lot view, the rooms are small, there’s no refrigerator and there’s nothing special about the rooms. If this is all I got for staying at The Inn on Biltmore, I would have rather paid half and stayed at the Village Hotel on Biltmore. No matter what hotel you stay at, once on Biltmore property, you are past the guard gate and able to enjoy all the same access to the property. Plus many of the Restaurants, shops and the wine tasting are in the same complex as the Village Hotel so we found ourselves having to go over there for just about everything since very little is in the same complex as The Inn. Even if you wanted to see the views from The Inn or eat at the more expensive restaurant, you can always walk there from the Village Hotel in 10 minutes or drive in 2 minutes since the parking pass works for both locations. I feel so stupid paying double staying at The Inn versus the Village Hotel and getting nothing in return for double the price. Please learn from my mistake.

Well maintained and clean hotel. As expected, old time decor that feel clean and freshly pressed. It seems that they used COVID time to manicure all rooms and common area.

Beautiful Inn and of course scenery because of the Biltmore property. Inn needs some updating- mattresses are extremely uncomfortable and dated and all dining has almost the same menu. Other than that, wonderful stay.
