A new start developing yet a small cost to stay
It is hard to compare a modern building with one that has a long history. This building was steeped in history and in the process of restoration. Giving that detail this B & B was excellent. It was a very spacious bedroom area. An adequate bathroom. the breakfast was perfectly adequate. and very good value indeed from the price (cost for the night was almost the same price as the parking during the day in the Canterbury Public Area)

Average stay for a night
Average B&B. Ladybugs and spiders in room, but good size room for family. TV didn’t work. Continental breakfast only. Safe area, walking distance to city, but no food in immediate vicinity.

Great budget hotel
Walking distance to city centre and yet only a half hour drive to the eurotunnel and at a budget price this bed and breakfast is a great find. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast included at this price was a bonus and it was good. It is the best budget hotel we've stayed in for sometime and will return when we next do the eurotunnel route.

Comfortable stay
Excellent position for centre if you are reasonably fit which saves in car parking. Comfortable bedroom and good breakfast served by very pleasant lady. Would stay there again

Really short stay for me however it was a pleasant experience, friendly staff and keen to assist where needed. The breakfast was particularly nice! .

Family party
We went to Canterbury for a family birthday, needed a place to lay our head and this B & B met the bill. It helped having a late checkin, which meant we could attend the party and then find the B & B. The receptionist was welcoming and able to answer our questions. The room was clean and tidy and very comfortable. A choice was available breakfast and was served quickly and well presented. Check-in and out was very quick. A pleasant stay.

Delightful B&B - everything perfect
Delightful b&b, will go again, slept like an angel in perfect white sheets, the room decorated simply, restfully, so quiet with view over gardens, friendly owner & charming woman who cooked breakfast. Only improvement would be a small fridge in room.
