    I was very unhappy with the service at the front desk. She had to type in my credit card numbers and she told me that two of my cards (one a charge card the other a debit card) were not valid. Thankfully my husband was with me and he gave her his debit card which was the same as mine and it worked. As soon as I got to my room I called both cards and they said they were fine and that she had typed in the wrong expiration date on one and the wrong code (on the back of the card ) on the other. The whole experience made me nervous and I was upset with the fact that I had to go through this embarrassment. On our way out another man was checking in and we heard the receptionist tell him that his card did not work! I am a Hilton Honors member and I have never gone through this at any other Hotel. I will never stay at this Hotel again.

    Too much noise in hallway.

    My room was next to an exit hallway that also contained elevators and trash cans. There was noise throughout the night and morning. I actually slept only 4 hours before driving a required 600 miles to my destination. I mentioned this to the manager. He was responsive and offered a discounted room in early April when I return to Michigan.

    Toilet ran for long periods and the shower was not the most sparkling! Grout and caulking definitely needs to be replaced. Made it seem very grimy. But it was a great location, staff was great.
