Summary of bad and good things
Bad and good things listed below: -Massage that is included in the stay should be 50min, however, in reality you only get 35-40min which was a disappointment -The interior of the only restaurant they have is not nice and is not consistent with the architecture of the rest of the resort for some reason. Feels a bit like you're sitting inside some winter house in the Alps. It's very windy in Cam Ranh so you need to be lucky with the weather conditions to be able to sit outside -Breakfast buffet could have been done much better. After been staying at other hotels in Nha Trang, this breakfast buffet was much smaller and not the same quality -The hotel seems to be newly renovated and as such very clean and modern, and on the downside no genuinity -There were surprisingly few people at the hotel, the restaurant was almost empty in the evenings -Cam Ranh is not a very nice area. Just a lot of hotels along the beach (can't swim in water) and nothing genuine about it +We were upgraded from a Chic Suite to a Pool Villa which was very nice. You could also order food and beverages which they delivered to your villa +Friendly staff but in general poor English. Vietnamese hotel staff are in general very friendly but when it comes to thinking outside the box or solving problems it gets tougher and they don't always know how to handle it is my experience +Very nice room, however the bed was not the most comfortable one +They timed the room cleaning with the massage time, very professional

We really liked the property area and the spa. The area is beautiful, quiet and clean. The spa service was excellent - you could really tell they were trying to do everything to keep the guests happy. We also got a room upgrade with a private pool, which was a very nice and pleasant surprise. Service and the restaurant were most disappointing. One day they forgot to clean our room, every time we needed something we had to call minimum 3 times, and received an apology only once. A few things in the room were broken. At the restaurant, the quality of the food was some of the worst we ate in Vietnam, plus there was no single time that they didn’t forget/mix up something in our order. At times I had to wait until they re-make my food while my husband was finishing his plate. The staff kept on asking whether we liked the food and whether everything was great, even after these incidents, and when we’d mention something, they just didn’t really say anything, acknowledged it or apologized for it. They just said ok and carried on like nothing happened. That felt very rude, and I think at a hotel like this is just unacceptable.
