I had heard good things about the N1 Hotel and to my delight, they exceeded those high expectations. The hotel is within walking distance of Victoria Falls and a few good restaurants. The breakfast was fast and fresh. The front desk staff went above and beyond expectations to help in every way. I felt safe, comfortable, and valued as their guest. Thank you!

N1 Hotel- budget friendly, excellent location
N1 Hotel is in a fantastic location. We walked from here to the Victoria Falls launch site in Zambia (1.7 miles). Next door is the best bar/restaurant in the area Three Monkeys. Overall, small room with twin beds kept us cool during peak summer, and all very affordable compared to other accommodations. Wifi comes on slips so once you've hit the data limit have to run down for a new one.

Hotel is right in the middle of the town of Victoria Falls. Lots of restaurants and shops near hotel. You can walk to Victoria Falls about a 20 minute walk. Front desk staff name Sebastian was very helpful and after his shift he offered to show us neighboring country Zambia for the afternoon. That is good customer service!!!I recommend staying here if you are there for just a few nights
