Pequeña visita en pareja
El hotel se encuentra en una muy buena zona, puedes caminar a diferentes restaurantes, las camas son muy cómodas y las instalaciones aún lucen nuevas. Solo se tenia en reparación el estacionamiento por temas de salitre pero los empleados del hotel hicieron lo posible por salvaguardar los coches de los huéspedes en los espacios disponibles. El hotel se encuentra frente a la playa y la alberca es infinita, la comida es muy básica pero dentro de lo esperado en un hotel de este tipo. El servicio del personal fue muy bueno, atentos a las medidas del Covid. Esta ha sido mi segunda estancia y sin duda repetiré.

COVID get-a-way
Second stay at the Holiday Inn Resort. Beautiful property for the price. Great service, excellent location and very clean. The waiters Mario and Saul were excellent as alway. Great place to stay.

Step it up! Such a nice place
Only 2 elevators for the whole building! A lot of traffic and slow elevators. Rooms were not cleaned had to complain in order to get it done. Slow slow breakfast service

Total decepción
Llegamos y al reservar 3 habitaciones solamente utilizamos 1 vehiculo pero no tenia estacionamiento, el check inn no encontraban la reservacion de 1 habitacion por lo que se tardaron cerca de 1 hora para darnos el check inn. Al llegar al cuarto el baño estaba sucio y no tenia toallas secas, al solicitar 4 toallas al front desk solamente trajeron 2. El internet sumamente lento, el ruido en los cuartos extremadamente alto ya que la banda se la pasa tocando en la playa y no paran ni poquito el sonido las ventanas. Total es un hotel al que vas y no descansas, solamente estas tratando de solucionar el mal servicio que te brindan, 1/10

The Staff at this hotel are excellent. Very fast and delicious room service. Except one bad dessert, and big clean comfortable rooms all with a view of the ocean and the islands, and the location is fantastic for getting around.
