We’ve stayed here before 6 years ago. It was better then. Breakfast was not great. Pre-cooked omelets were overcooked and not hot. Some things ran out early. They do have a nice outside patio. I think prices were exceptionally high due to basketball games in Birmingham but the room was $220 per night where the rooms next door at the Best Western were $170. I don’t think Best Western serves breakfast but still it’s on about the same level. I didn’t pay because I wound up bunking with family who had purchased at a discount bc my niece worked for IHG. It’s ok for the limited choices in Clanton.

Sadly disappointed
I booked this hotel, due to great reviews and its pet friendliness. Perhaps there were newly renovated rooms—we just weren’t fortunate enough to score one. I reserved a king room with pullout sofa. What we walked into resembled something from the 70’s, with 2 double beds, stained carpet and rusty light fixtures. The sheets were transparent (from age) and the comforters were little more, in thickness; the pillows were the consistency of 2 airline pillows awkwardly placed into a standard sized pillowcase. On the positive side, the checkin person was pleasant, and grounds were well maintained.
