Ok hotel in a perfect location
Staff were really nice , location was perfect. Room was small but ok. It has a window open to stairs! You get into the room from stairs if windows were open. Room was dark and next to elevator! I could hear every single time some one using elevator! Bed was comfy.

Very bare bones. No turn down service. Breakfast was disappointing. It is located in the middle of nowhere. 35E to go to Waregem by tax which is the closet thing to civilization in the area. Otherwise call out to some pizza joint that was disgusting. Upside, I lost weight... Grounds not kept up at all. The room was clean enough and they had English speaking channels but other than that it was just a crash pad.

Great central location, 5 min walk from station. Clean rooms if a little basic, great breakfast. Friendly staff. Quite noisy from outside so if a light sleeper ask for a back room

Have stayed there for several years. Central, good staff, comfortable great value, but avoid breakfast not good value. Parking can be an issue.

Bare necessity
Staff friendly. But the hotel was not finished build, there was work going on in the hallways. The room was bare necessity, where door for the bathroom was not a necessity, so there was non. The door for the room was so think all conversations in the hallway could be heard clearly. The room was clean. The wifi was lightly slow.

Cozy and Comfy spot in a great area
Very comfortable and cozy hotel in a beautiful area. Conveniently new the train station, and many nearby restaurants. Service was always quick and polite. Rooms are small, but clean and comfy; had everything needed. My only complaint was construction going on, including on my floor of the building- but it wasn’t too intrusive. I’d definitely go back during my next business trip.

Exceptional
Nice hotel next to main city-square. Freshly refurbished so can't complain on anything. Windows are well blocking all the noise from the street so no problem with sleeping at all. Not sure about breakfast as i booked it without, as plenty of restaurants and pubs in just 1 min. walking distance from hotel.
