My husband and I spent the weekend here. From the moment we arrived, the peacefulness was the first thing we felt. The property is well-maintained, the staff all very pleasant, and the food at the restaurant was great. There's a hammock and chairs on the deck, facing the garden, and the sea beyond. If my husband could have spent the whole weekend on that hammock, he would have.

It's a little untidy and rundown on the path heading to the beach, needs to be cleaned and kept in better condition. People really need to stop littering on the beach.

Positives: Wonderful staff, lovely dinner and huge delicious breakfasts. I've stayed at this property on two other occasions in the years past. Although the rooms were clean, clearly there were signs that deeper cleaning along with upgrades are definitely needed. The grass on the outdoor was cut neatly, but again more maintenance is needed.

Beautiful stay and close to the Turtles
Lovely place, amazing food. The only issue was it is not cheap! It is slightly too expensive for what you get but maybe that’s the price you pay to stay this far off the beaten track. No aircon was just about made up for with the fans being sufficient and I suppose it is more environmentally friendly. The hotel arranged for us to be taken to the turtle centre after dinner and seeing a dozen or so turtles laying eggs was a highlight of our whole trip, so well worth the extra expense as there is no better place in the world.
