Friendly staff, great stay!
Very close to Yellowstone entrance, great view from parking lot
No one cleaned my room for the 3 days I was there. No one made up a bed, emptied a garbage can. Nothing. Room untouched. Motel 6 would be better
Check in was horrible. Upon checking in, I was given a room, then 10 secs later staff April took my room back and gave it to another customer. I was then given a different room and upon entering the room with the room key I was given, I found another person in the room. Staff April then told me I had to wait 30mins for another room to be cleaned. What a nightmare! Luckily, staff Nathaniel had some problem solving skills, stepped in to help me and gave me a room that was ready. Thank you Nathaniel! April needs some training on customer service and problem solving skills.
Took forever to get breakfast because woman in counter took so long to assist a different guest.
During Covid, it was a tough town to stay in due to limited dining options. The hotel, however, was fine. Good location, nice setting on the river, comfy beds and clean facility.
We had a good stay at the Ridgeline. The location is great, right off the main street but also close to the river below. Just a few steps to a great view of the river below. The room was well furnished and beds comfortable. There is a nice patio area with firepit but there were several people who took it over, basically the whole night. A little pricey but overall a good stay
Nice place to stay at the edge of town. Plenty of wildlife roaming around too.
Everything was good, that the restaurant was closed was a bummer. The replacement tongo bag not good.
