Very good
Excellent option for this price point! Everything was very clean, and the rooms are simple but have been recently remodeled. The bathroom in the room was also very nice. Lovely person working at the front desk too, a very kind welcome. Plus the location is right by the main train station, which is ideal for "passing through" travel. (If you're in Heidelberg for tourism, it may be a bit far away from the old town.) I will definitely be staying here again the next time I pass through Heidelberg. Thank you!

The stay was nice. The hotel is a little bit funny as it looks very outdated in the reception and the hallways. The room was however nice had been recently renovated. Clean and comfortable. athe bathroom was nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and was very satisfied.

Everything was great, breakfast was amazing! Very close to the hbf and there is a Kaufland supermarket just nex to it. The only thing that can be improved is there was no Wifi, maybe inconvenient for people who really need Wifi.

This hotel was very nice and pleasant, well located and with a friendly and helpful staff. The only problem was the fact that WiFi did not work in my room. In the lounge it worked impeccably. I was told that this was a known issue and will be addressed.

I truly enjoyed this hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Small twin room was clean and well equipped with necessities. Location was perfect... very close to Main Station and all the public transportation needed to get around the main city and / or greater area. I would definitely book this hotel again.

It is convenient to the train station, and the staff is friendly and helpful. But we were disappointed in the bathroom. The shower stall had no door, and it was impossible to shower without getting water over half to two-thirds of the bathroom floor.
