Staff were really friendly the view from the room I had was out of this world (ocean view). You are located a stones throw away from one of the best beaches in the world in my view. The two things which to be honest was not the end of the world - but the room I got had a phenoenal view but the room was a bit worn down from ware and tare, ie flooring was coming up, when I poured a bath for myself after a massage water started to leak from the bath too. Also I used the gym regularly - I just wished it was slightly larger, most of the times I was fortunate as no one was there but in a couple of instances when there was a second person there - you are kind of on top of one another. Just to add the breakfast buffet was very good!

Great location. Loved the balcony in our room. Loved the staff- especially Vi at the rooftop restaurant/bar. Such a wonderful guy. Our complaints were more with the cleanliness of our room upon arrival. Bathtub was dirty, sheets had shoe prints on them, and I found food on the floor. To be honest- Vi saved the day! Without his kindness (as well as the rest of the staff too) we may have rated our stay even lower. The hotel made some very good hiring decisions. Maybe could use just a few more people in housekeeping.
