Beautiful courtyard, had a wonderful dinner at Riva, location is close to city center and the train station. Room was spacious and sparkling. The only negative comment I have is that our room was next to a road used by tractors at a small wine processing facility, which woke us early in the morning, but since my husband loves tractors, that wasn't a very negative thing - he got up and watched them go by.

great location on the wine route. fantastic breakfast, perhaps the best I've seen with a wonderful selection of meats, cheeses, smoked salmon, fresh herbs and champagne. the hotel was exceptionally clean and the room was quite comfortable.

Zentrale Lage zu Winzern und Restaurants
Wir hatten für unseren Aufenthalt ein Standard Doppelzimmer, dass aus unserer Sicht voll ausreichend ist. Das Bett war bequem, allerdings sind die Bettdecken, wie so häufig, viel zu warm. Die Heizung im Bad hätte mit ihrer Staubschicht dringend einer Reinigung bedurft. Wichtig ist, sich ein Zimmer nicht zur Straßenseite zuteilen zu lassen. Die Anlage ist noch relativ neu und hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Das Schwimmbecken ist deutlich kleiner als von uns erwartet. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, der Preis noch gerade so angemessen. Während die Bedienung im Restaurant äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam war, erlebten wir beim Eintreffen das Personal an der Rezeption etwas abgehoben, als wäre es eine Ehre, im Kaisergarten empfangen zu werden. Positiv zu erwähnen sind die kostenlosen Parkplätze und bei der Abreise das Angebot, noch Mineralwasser für die Reise mitnehmen zu können.

Nettes Hotel
Angenehmer Aufenthalt in schöner Umgebung. Zimmer und Anlage gepflegt, Restaurant und Frühstück sehr gut, Preis für Standardzimmer aus meiner Sicht jedoch grundsätzlich überhöht. Service überwiegend gut, leider gab es bei uns einige Verwechslungen, die den Aufenthalt anfänglich etwas getrübt haben - deswegen hier Punkteabzug.
