Great location but….
Great location but the overall condition of the property is terrible. It is really run down & there doesn’t seem to be much attention to detail with the overall cleanliness of the property. The unit had broken bedside drawers, it was absolutely filthy dirty. You could hardly see out of the windows on the balcony doors due to the dirt on the outside - not to mention the grimy little hand marks on the inside! The outdoor furniture was covered in dust/dirt. It seemed they had only cleaned the bathrooms & changed the sheets and given the kitchen a quick wipe over. Given that Covid is still alive & well, you would imagine proper cleaning practices would be paramount. If you still choose to stay here- take some cleaning products and don’t get your hopes up for a “nice” apartment.
