For the price you pay for these facilities, its very run down and not well maintained. Fridge didnt work, TV was covered in some substance that felt like paint, floor mat for the shower was filthy. At the end of the day it was just a bed to sleep on and a shower.

Property is just OK... rooms are very tired looking...feels like a 60's motel room quite basic but OK and was clean. Wasn't impressed by the multiple old cigarette burns on tables and furniture. The day I stayed the room was very highly priced for what this is, however I understand there was multiple events in Geelong on this weekend and rooms were at a premium.

Sorry didnt like anything about this motel , dirty under the beds, dead spiders in the closet. The shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold nothing inbetween. My friend found blood on the floor. Beds were uncomfortable and linen not clean. Only had soap to use nothing else. Payed way to much for what l got. Would never go back
