Utterly disappointing.
It was clean place but do not expect house keeping services even after 2 days because if you renting cottage for 6 days they will expect you to ask for linen change and towel change after 5 days. I am not sure it’s their policy or the manager made it by himself and herself. I book for 6 days, after 3 days ask for housekeeping services at 9am which manager says not possible and will be done next day. Next day, they only change bed linen and towel. They even didn’t clean the room, it was visible that the room is not cleaned. Anyways it is good for one or 2 days stay, longer stays are not at all recommended. It’s shame after paying 860$ , still didn’t recieve housekeeping services.

Problem is the roads are too narrow. We booked online stating the dates the amount of people staying then the room type. When we got there I had to pay more as it said I only booked for 2 people when I started I put 4 adults soooo wrong that the system stuffed it up.

Everything was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. The only downside the spa hadn’t been cleaned properly a big chunk of hair came out of the jets when first turned on. Other than that everything was amazing would recommend staying here again.
