My wife and I enjoyed our recent stay very much. The property is absolutely lovely and is so recently refreshed, you can still smell the fresh paint. The gardens are beautifully manicured and there simply isn't a thing out of place in the manor. The included breakfast is excellent, far better than any major hotel restaurant I've ever eaten in and the conservatory it is served in is a perfect place to enjoy it. Couldn't recommend a stay here while in Margaret River any higher.

Highly recommend this wonderful accommodation
We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. Surrounded by stunning gardens and plenty of birdsong this was the perfect getaway. The bedroom was large and very comfortable with a balcony from which we could look out at the beautiful gardens every morning we woke up. There were 2 cosy lounges with open fires and books and games supplied. The breakfast was excellent and each afternoon a very tasty home made cake was provided with the tea and coffee that was available throughout the day. The staff were excellent. However, what really stood out for us was on the day that we didn't require room service they left a basket of fresh towels, toiletries and other provisions outside our door. A guest laundry was also provided which was gratefully appreciated by all the guests. The location just outside Margaret River town was very convenient for finding wonderful restaurants, cafes and shops and was also close to the wineries. The only negative was the WiFi was a little problematic. Despite that minor hiccup, we would certainly stay here again and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone thinking of having a holiday in the Margaret River region.

8/10 Very good

Overpriced, nice hotel other than that
A very tidy hotel, modern bathroom and fixtures, large rooms, good breakfast. Beautiful view from the breakfast conservatory. However we were in 'Shiraz' room, which was absoltuely not worth what we paid. At $250/nt it would've been great, but at the $500/nt we paid it was quite underwhelming. Bed was only just okay in terms of comfort, window looked out the carpark, no bath, no blacony, no nice view and grounds were quite small. I've stayed in many better quality hotels for half the price. Summary: great place, just way overpriced, at least for Shiraz room.

Fantastic property. The history of the building is beautiful, the grounds, building and interiors have been well maintained. Breakfast in the conservatory each morning was very nice with beautiful views over the formal gardens.
