Not what I expected
Room was good with good view.
When you order food they don’t let it be delivered to your room.
Not by they delivery people or the staff.
You must go down and get it.
Bath rob was not clean. it had three disgusting stains.
They don’t serve complimentary water at the swimming pool like other hotels.
They had weird sign in and out paper that the guest must fill it themselves.
Breakfast timing ends at 10:30 am which is weird since the high traffic for the breakfast is from 9:30 to 10:30 am
They had two venues one with windows with limited space (it had left tables empty but they said it’s booked! Which is weird for first come first serve).
The other venue is far away and two floors under and with no windows.
They said the breakfast is intercontinental breakfast. It seemed limited and not what expected.
The juice is not fresh which is really disappointing
