This hotel is very well located. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Being central it isn't overly quiet but isn't overly loud either. It is good value.

A real mixed bag. Reception lady was very helpful and let us leave stuff in reception while we drove round the back to park the bikes in the underground car park. Hotel is well located on the edge of the town centre with an easy walk to the rivers and eateries. But there are few amenities in the hotel and the rooms and corridors smelled of cigarettes, so can't have been refreshed for a long time. Fortunately we were only there for one night.

We knew this ahead of time, but Reception has a hard stop at 11pm and closes the front door. We narrowly made it in ~10:40pm as our train was delayed. Receptionist told us we were late and asked if we knew (about the "deadline", implied); we told them we did and that we'd have emailed to give a headsup if we were going to be later than 11 that night, but I couldn't tell if they accommodate late arrivals and if so, how late. I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone with a chance of arriving past 11pm, or those who plan to stay out past 11pm nightly, to make lives easier on both ends. Otherwise our stay was pleasant. Room clean, with good facilities. Location adjacent to old town Koblenz -- about 10 minute walk to the Rhine river where KD cruise dock is, Koblenz main train station 16 minute walk or ~7 euro cab ride away . Reception stored our bags for us while we toured Koblenz for a few hours after checkout.

Really not much to say about this hotel. They provide good service and had a garage in the basement which was the main reason we choose it. It happen to be one of the hottest days in summer and the rooms have no air-condition. Rooms are very basic-

Sehr gute Nähe zur Altstadt. Mein Wunsch nach einem Kissen wurde umgehend erfüllt. Schnelle Check in und Check out. Saubere Zimmer. Etwas laut wenn das Zimmer auf der Straßenseite liegt.
