The staff was kind and friendly. Very quiet for all three nights. It was the weekend and very few customers for the duration of my stay plus there was a snow storm, my room was located in the back of the building and I was on the third floor which I was very pleased with. The bed was very confortable. Pillows were a bit thick for my preference but I had my own so that was fine. Loved the shower and water temperature was never an issue. Great! The fridge and microwave in the room were very useful. I would have appreciated access to filtered water to refill my bottle although I was provided with two free 500 ml bottles over the three days. I did have the option of buying more from the vending machines.

Very disappointed to find at check-in that there was no restaurant in the hotel, even though Expedia listing and hotel web site explicitly noted a restaurant in the hotel. Would not have booked this hotel had information provided been accurate.
