Upon check in, when we got to our room, we found that the door was ajar. After entering, we noticed there were a few items left on the counter and a dress in the closet. We brought these items to the front desk and explained the situation. They would not move our room because it would have been a downgrade and we didn't want that. They explained the people who originally checked in to our room had switched rooms. So, we just dealt with it. Then after midnight security comes pounding on our door trying to act like the police and was accusing us for having bottles of wine who the previous guests claimed to have left behind. This act was very aggravating to me.
1st of all if you switch people out of rooms... that room should have been rechecked before giving it to a new guest. 2nd the way security handled the situation like a hard ass rental cop at MIDNIGHT and did not even apologize was very poor. Very unhappy with how that whole evening went!!!!
