Could not have been better!
We chose to stay here because of the safe neighborhood and excellent reviews, and they were all true! At first a bit confusing because it’s in a high rise and you must go up to Floor 4 1/2 (button 7 in the elevator) to register, but are immediately welcomed with smiling faces and a staff that will do whatever they can to accommodate your stay. The view from the rooftop terrace on the 18th floor (with pool, gym, etc) is spectacular! Plus only one block away from the mall with spectacular outdoor restaurants. Also a nice bar and restaurant in the hotel. Especially awesome staff were Enrique at the front desk, Irma at the elevator, and Isidore and Carol in the restaurant/bar. Very comfortable room with excellent bed and smooth crisp sheets.
