Great stay! Super clean and comfortable. Location is perfect. Maybe a mile or 2 from park entrance. Manager super helpful. Would absolutely stay there again on my next Trip to Zion.
Room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Backyard scenery was amazing. Breakfast coupons were awesome! Would stay there again.
Large room. Nicely decorated. All the essentials. Located on river property. Very peaceful to sit by river. Came with coupon for breakfast at local restaurants (2 choices). Of course take out only at this time. If you want peace and quiet recommend this property. Managers very nice and helpful.
Huge room with gorgeous décor and design. Easy in and out and vouchers for breakfast at a fine restaurant in town, and just outside Zion National Park. Friendly owners and big back yard if you wanted to just hang out.
Clean, comfortable, very kind staff
We visited in late November and the owner upgraded us to a large suite. Huge amount of space and beautiful decor.
Friendly, home-like feel. Great parking. Great setting. Loved that Oscar's was the breakfast place included in the room.
An outstanding experience. The small number of units made it all very personal and quiet. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. The room was bright and commodious, the lawn was almost a quarter acre that reached all the way to the Virgin River. The hottube was the most idyllic I have experienced, sheltered by pines and hardwoods. Although this is advertised as a B and B, the kitchenette was still extremely funtional. The views of the lower canyon were spectacular--almost as good as being at Zion Lodge in the national park, but at half the price. Do yourself a favor and stay!
Located on the last bus shuttle stop in town, it’s quiet and convenient at the same time. Lovely setting and charming rooms.
Wonderful little spot, staff all excellent!
