Convenient Location & Very Near mtr
Good for a short 2 days stay. The hotel is modern although room is small, no fridge but whatever electrical gadgets are all well planned. Main plus is it’s super convenient location, next to YMT mtr and best because it is surrounded by many good eateries. The front office staff are professional and efficient. Had Stayed here thrice so far over the past 2 years.

My overall stay a pleasant one
Overall stay was a pleasant one. Mainly also because i travelled alone. Space wise is expectedly small with no more space once one luggage is opened. Ideal for solo travellers but travelling 2 and above in a room will be abit of problem. Cleanliness is fantastic except the hotel is not environmentally friendly enough yet. Daily change and disposal of the bedroom slippers and toiletries which i find it a waste. Overall, service was just fair. Reception service was fairly fine but their concierge gave a could-not-be-bothered attitude when you seek assistance, which was a pretty turn-off.

It will be better if contact no. reflected in expedia confirmed booking page is the hotel direct line instead of third party operator who told us twice that we dialed the wrong number. Also, front desk staff are not very polite in addressing our feedback.

room was reasonably good size, bed was squeaky, the bed linen was stained when we arrived & my friend had to requested for change after 1 night sleep. I woke up with bites & had to request for linen change on day 2. channel 01 constantly has no signal issues, technician popped in instead of troubleshooting channel 01 & insisted nothing was wrong - gave up trying to tell him due to language barrier

Quaint but cosy room
Wonderful cosy bed to come back to, easily from Yau Ma Tei station exit A2, each day after the walking, shopping and eating. Although room is small, but the soft bed and clean quaint room makes up for the tired day.
