Central to downtown and ballpark. A “downtown” embassy suites so a different feel from atrium style. Room was ok. From reading other reviews it looks like the manager read and addressed all of them. Front desk service has improved, breakfast was good. Things broke at the gym and they responded quickly, no complaints. Only think they need is more signage. Don’t enter left side door at night, doesn’t let you in, made that mistake twice(out sign outside the first door)Only right side elevators go gym(need signs in each floor and in left side elevators). Breakfast impossible to find, and you need your key(. 2nd floor, go right, use key to get through door, go straight, turn right then straight and left, lol). Put in signs outside elevator.

This was the best Embassy Suites I have stayed in. The hotel is large, clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast was great - loved the made to order omelets. The gym is large and well equipped...better than most hotels I have stayed at and it is located in a convenient spot downtown. I loved my stay here. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Check in could've been better...
The hotel was great and we had a beautiful corner room with a view of downtown. It was also close to the Target Field as we took in a Twins game while we stayed. But the check in could've been better. The room wasn't ready at 4pm, so we had to check our luggage, and then when we did get our room ready, my husband had to wait in line again, only to find out that she didn't give us a room key and we didn't realize it until we were all in the elevator and it wouldn't move and there people waiting for us, so he had to go back in line to get room keys. Otherwise breakfast was superb. Pool was very small for family with kids.
