    I liked that I could air the room and go out in the outdoor landing so was not locked up in a stuffy building. The room was quiet despite traffic outside. Very conveniently located. The building looks old and tired outside but everything was clean and well appointed in the room and it had everything I needed.

    I dont like to complain and when the man at reception referred to me as a lonely lady as I was traveling alone, I didn't complain. When my room was not the bay view room I had booked, I didn't complain. I also didn't complain about the thin walls between rooms where I could hear everything going on next door. I will complain about the rudeness when I rang after I had checked out to inform them I had left my phone charger behind. I was told rudely, what did I expect them to do? I was going to say just hang on it and I'll get someone to pick it up but no, that was too much of an ask. He said he couldn't do anything and told me to ring the housekeeper, in two days time after 10am and gave me her mobile number. Seriously!!
