The property was clean, nice landscaping, close restaurant. The mattress was extra, extra firm. The night desk personnel didn't speak English

Stayed before and will stay again. Staff, restaurant and bar are excellent. All areas were clean. In the room this time the mattress was pretty hard. Plastic over mattress to stay clean can get warm at night. The room was not very sound proof but then again we had soccer playing kids around us and over us. They were excited. Check in can be a little slow but we don’t speak any Spanish. Pool was closed while there but looks large. Yes, stayed here before and will stay when we return

They need to take care of the property. My first room has NO heater. They have to gave me a different one. Screen windows and bathrooms in bad shape. Food at the buffet is TERRIBLE! Is NOT fresh. The building in geneal is in very bad shape.

Habitaciones sucias. Plástico en el colchón, baño sucio. Llave del sink no servía. Nos cambiaron de habitación y fue lo mismo. Nunca más volveremos a hospedarnos en este lugar.

the toilet seat was old and broken, it give us the impression that it wasn't clean, the towels are old and scratchy, and in the closet we found two blankets with used smell Room 1114, and in the door was missing the lock. the lobby and restaurant are excellent, specially the breakfast buffet.

Property is clean and staff was great. Last night there was a group of 20 people on balcony having a great time till 3 am. I think staff should of done rounds and tell them to quiet down. Place is outdated and beds are extra firm and should have queen beds. Or sofa bed to provide a room for 5.
