Nice concept poor excecution

I booked last minute for an emergency trip. Hotel rooms hard to find. The hotel, Hotelito Casa Caracol got strong reviews so I booked. Hotel was difficult to locate. Took two taxi drivers before someone could locate. The suite I had reserved was not available, maybe bait and switch. Had no choice had to stay-- too late to find another hotel. The room was presentable. Refrig not plugged in, TV did not work, floor was dirty ( collected black dust on socks as I walked around.) Shower only had one shampoo for three night stay. Bed was like sleeping on cardboard. The internet was OK. All in all it was ok but not as good as the ratings indicated. I left my ring on the table in the room and cannot contact the hotel. Expedia has tried to contact them and the email they gave me was non-deliverable. I keep trying the hotel tel number and no one answers. Hopefully I will get my ring back.

Es excelente si tienes que ir, por tu cédula profesional a la Dirección General de Profesiones, ahora que se encuentra en Av. Revolución, queda caminando a 8 minutos, creo que el precio de la habitación no va en relación con el comfort de su cama y almohadas, no había regadera, solo el tubo por donde sale el agua, de la habitación Mario Pani
