The hotel foyer & hallways were spotless. Unfortunately the cleaners forgot to check under the bed before we checked in. Due to CoViD, we were told service to all rooms is not everyday, which is fair enough. Except when you ask a cleaner for spare towels & a shower mat, they ask if you want a do not disturb sign...and they don't return with any of it!
