Old room for old customer
I’ve been staying at this hotel for the last 10 years whenever I’m back to my HQ in Aichi. Was disappointed this time as I was given an older room and not the renovated ones. I don’t smoke but they said I’ve booked wrongly and there’s no non smoking rooms available . Can’t say much about the service of the reception as she wasn’t much help.

Convenient Stay By The Airport
This is the best hotel option for a flight out of Centrair. The hotel lobby is connected to the entrance of the airport. The check-in counters are only a five minute walk from the hotel. Easily accessible via public transportation options. The amenities are bare-bones, the rooms are small, and the service is average (they forgot about my wakeup call request.) Overall, the convenience of this location alone is worth the booking.
